The Pink Canoe Waxing Studio™ requires a 24-hour notice for anyone that needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to schedule and service other guests. We require an active credit card to schedule and hold your appointment time. This card will not be charged unless the guest cancels in one of the following ways. Guests that do not provide 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment will be required to pay 50% of their service. We do understand that life happens and things come upon occasion. We will waive this fee 1 time for each guest. Your account will be notated and no future fees will be waived for your account. Guests that no call/no show their scheduled appointment will be required to pay for the appointment in full.
FOR ALL WAXING APPOINTMENTS-We are a busy speed waxing facility so we ask that all guests show up 5-10 minutes early. We have a 7-minute late policy. If you are more than 8 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment and there will be a fee of 50% of the appointment charged. We value your time and work efficiently to remain on schedule. Please respect our time as well. Thank you for your continued support! FOR ALL SKINCARE APPOINTMENTS- If you are more than 7 minutes late, it will be up to the discretion of the esthetician performing your service if they can still see you or not. If you are receiving a facial, the time you were late will be subtracted from your service time.
Touch up policy
We honor a 5-day touch-up policy. If there is ever any hair left over after your wax please let us know immediately. We strive to provide the best possible service and to get every hair, every time... however, things can get missed on occasion and we would like the chance to fix it. For eyelash lifts and any tinting services we offer a 5 day touch up policy as well. Please make us aware as soon as possible if you have any issues with any of our services.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, The Pink Canoe Waxing Studio™ will decide on a day-to-day basis if we will be opening for business. If we feel the roads are drivable we will be open for business. Please keep in mind that we do live in Colorado and it snows here very regularly in the winter months. If you have a scheduled appointment, please keep an eye on the weather and reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment if you are not comfortable driving in the snow. If we are open and you reschedule inside of the 24 hour cancellation policy, fees will apply. If we do close for the day we will make every effort to contact you via telephone, text and or email prior to your service to reschedule your appointments. Refund Policy (Products)
We will give a full refund on unopened products for thirty days after purchase date.
